I liked the room with strong shower, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always there to help. The service provided there was good.

I asked for a queen room and the one given was new-fashioned and en suite. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, a fridge, an ironing set, and coffee and tea making equipment.

We didn't have time, so we also would book here again. The breakfast was gorgeous and particularly nice, included appetising options. Really enjoyed lovely staff, their care for us. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in St Austell, had much fun. The location was magnificent in a pretty quiet area, next to the conservatory, dog friendly pubs and restaurants and The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also, Barguse Riding Center was 3 km away. There was an excellent bar on site.

We had a fabulous weekend with lovely and exceptionally nice breakfast. The breakfast had a great selection of appetising food and drinks. Location: the hotel was just next door to the St Austel train station, The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the many attractions nearby. It also was in a residential area.

Located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport. 4-star hotel in St. Austell. We would come here again. Only a short distance to the restaurant Jade Palace.
